Below we have three final reviews for systems that have completed the 100 day period, two we can give a recommendation and one is a failure. We also have a couple of important updates for products and services we have mentioned over the last few months.
LAY THE RATINGS - FINAL REVIEW
This system came to us with good recommendation from several different sources with the view that long term this had proved to be profitable as stated by the author in his manual. The 100 day trial which has been completed is probably at best the minimum amount of time needed to give a fair appraisal but enough to enable us to give our recommendations. As the name suggests the service is a laying system that lays certain horses across three different sets of ratings.The service comes with two options you can just buy the book and work selections out for yourself as a one off payment but for ease of use we suggest that you do as we did and receive the selections to your inbox each day for a monthly fee, you can currently trial this for £3.99. The service has a unique staking plan from a 3 point maximum lay to a 1/8 of point minimum lay. These points are dependent on the price of the horse so that you are not risking a lot of money on high price lays. We liked the way this worked out but at the end of this review we highlight an amendment which came about after looking through our results and would improve profitability and reduce the number of bets. Our bets were recorded to £50 a point so our 3 point bet is £150 and our 1/8 of a point bet on the higher odds was £6.25. We will continue to update the results on a monthly basis. All our results for the 100 day trial are on our website HERE First of all the results:- Trial Period 8th August - 15th November SYSTEM 1, 504 Lay Bets for a loss of -£712 SYSTEM 2, 178 Lay bets for a profit of +£772 SYSTEM 3, 248 Lay bets for a profit of +£774 TOTAL 930 Lay Bets for a Profit of +£834 All three systems started badly and their all time lows were:- SYSTEM 1 18th September loss £1725 SYSTEM 2 19th September loss £446 SYSTEM 3 15th August loss £443 By the end of the trial the turnaround from these lows was; SYSTEM 1 £1013 SYSTEM 2 £1238 SYSTEM 3 £1217 Total Turnaround £3468 This tells us that unlike many other systems we have researched this one has the ability to recover from a bad patch, which occurs in nearly every system. OBSERVATION By restricting the lays to the three points and two points selections only i.e 2.00 to 3.5 all three systems were profitable and only 108 bets required and this is because the strike rate required dramatically reduces to under70%. So by doing some simple analysis across all three systems and eliminating duplications we came up with the following results:- 8th August - 15th November 2 and 3 point lays Only 2 point lays.......37 wins (losers) 11 losses (winners ) profit +£1141 3 point lays........39 wins (losers) 21 losses (winners) profit +£1281 combined 76 wins (losses) 32 losses (winners) profit +£2422 A profit on average of almost £200 a week to our stakes and much less bets which cannot be bad RECOMMENDATION We will be putting this service in the Recommend section. It has shown a profit over the 100 days and we have highlighted that this can be turned into a nice profit with a small tweaking if you wish. The customer service is absolutely excellent. Robert who runs the service answered every email and unlike other services where they have started losing then immediately change everything they do and start making excuses, Robert just kept sending out selections with no negativity whatsoever. You receive one selection each day that is to be layed at no more than 4.0 on Betfair or other exchanges. This was a very easy service to follow requiring just one bet placed in the morning when the email arrived and was thoroughly enjoyable to follow having never been in deficit. For the hundred days the service was in profit to the tune of £2741 to £100 Lay stakes. We see the service as a mortgage payer, a service that gives you a few hundred pounds profit each month for little effort required. We have to class the product as RECOMMENDED for its sheer consistency over the review period and tidy profitable sum. Justlays send 2 selections a day usually with a maximum Lay price of 3.5. However unlike Layers of Profit this service has proved far from profitable. Over our 100 day review the service showed a loss of -£2693 to £100 lay stakes. When I took over the site I know Justlays was a service that the previous owners had already looked at and my notes here say that it was in the negative also. Having had two bites at the cherry and finding far two many winning horses to convince us that this service will ever show a regular consistent profit we have no choice but to place Justlays in the FAILED section of our website, and would not recommend you subscribing to this service. Yesterday I mailed out about subscribing to Champions Lay Draws. This is a draw backing service which showed a profit of £2120 in a 30 day trial period. We will continue to monitor this service going forward but membership will be closing in 3 days time hence we wanted to let you know what we had encountered so you have the chance to make an informed decision before it closes for membership. I do take on board that this service involves increasing stakes to achieve profit in a sequence of A,B,C and D bets and that is not suited to everyone's style of betting. Every result is on their website is genuine. I personally found the service exciting to follow but I take the fact it is not for everyone.
